MSVCR71.dll not found

    This is the error message at sart up for True Image Monitor.exe - unable to loate component. I noticed this file in another discussion with instructions to insert it. I do not know where to find it (does not come up in search) nor do I know where to put it if I found it.

    Does anyone know about this start-up error message, MSVCR71.dll not found?
    I do need a fix.
