    When I check my mail in Outlook Express, msimn.exe is blocked from creating a global hook. Should I allow it?

    Hi Lou_Dinunzio & welcome, If you are only getting one or two entries and you are having no problems I wouldnot worry about it. Quite often these are to do with language and voice settings. If you get continous log entries i.e scrolling off the page then you may need to allow global hooks for OE.
