If I use MS Antispyware with Real Time protection enabled, is it necessary (or helpful) to also use SpywareGuard and/or SpywareBlaster, or is this overkill?

SpywareBlaster is an 'immunizer', and should not present any conflicts with anti-spyware scanners, either real-time resident or on-demand scanners.

It seems pointless to run two resident real-time scanners, such as SpywareGuard and MSAS together.

Between MSAS and SpywareGuard as resident protection, neither Spybot nor AdAware nor SpywareDoctor nor Spy Sweeper on-demand scanners have ever found any infection after running MSAS resident protection. That's not true for SpywareGuard resident protection - on my system.

    My preference would be:
    - SpywareBlaster immunization absolutely, regardless resident program chosen.
    - MSAS seems more effective than SpywareGuard.

    Hope this helps!
