Ok the latest Ms Anti-Spyware AKA GIANT, is detecting TDS-3 UPDATE.exe as AIMSPY by Cruzerz. I am 99% sure it's a false positive.
Did a 8 AV test on it, it came out negative.

there are quite a lot of FP's with MAS so submit a report to M$ and they do get fixed

Definitely a false alarm of course. I did send a message to support@giant after trying their web support form.. but that required a serial to even send a message :(

I am trialling the MAS beta and I use TDS but I don't get MAS flagging TDS update at all

But then I have turned off auto update in TDS and manually update daily anyway

I did the full scan with all the gibbllets turned on maybe that's what caused it? Will send the message to Microsoft telling them that their software doesn't work I bet they never heard that before. (Just kidding).
