MRU not blasted

When u go into someting like microsoft word and click on file and there is a list of files at the bottom, MRU blaster doesn't seem to clear it. I've got Microsoft Office 2003 Professional. Is MRU blaster not meant to clear that or is it not updated or summin?

Although this doesn't answer your mru question - Javacool will answer that.

An alternative - to remove usage tracks:

You can use Spybot 1.3 to remove those ... to enable removal of usage tracks with Spybot .... advance mode: select the settings tab button bottom left ... then select file sets ... check off usage tracks.
