mozilla/firefox

the mozilla/firefox will not install,i tried to download it again but still no results!

 

I forgot, I am running windows XP on home PC
with DSL

try that see if you have the same problem.

Just to be clear....are you meaning the Mozilla/Firefox protection in Spywareblaster is not working
If so....what version of Mozilla/Firefox are you using ?

 

not really sure , I am pretty new to all of this, if you could tell me how to find out I'll git'r'dun !

 

And yes I am talking about the Mozilla/Firefox protection in spywareblaster.

 

what exactly are you having problems with

1) installing firefox?
2) getting spywareblaster to protect ff?

if it's 2, then that's easy
open it up.
make sure it's up-to-date
once updated, click on "PROTECTION" top left side.
under "QUICK TASKS" heading, click on "enable all protection"
you should have 3758 items blocked to-date (today aug.9 2005)

if you're having problems with firefox reinstall, i can post the proper way of deleting any trace of it, for you to have a good clean reinstall.

oh and if your firefox is running fine, and need to know what version you're running, click on HELP top of FF, go to "about firefox" it'll tell you what version in there...something like version 1.0.6 (which is mine right now).......
