    i dont think that "russia" is the problem, more the general dmca or similar complaint. mozilla has removed addons in the past which break dmca or similar rights. this is not an USA only issue, it also concerns europe and the rest of the world. in fact mozilla can be sued for not removing. and this will summon in a major sum of penalty money. but i think those addons will find a (signed) way to users.
