My wife bought a new laptop. How do I transfer the currnet Nod32 to the new PC? I sent a question to the Nod support site a few days ago but haven't heard anything.

    Thanks,

    Tom Husband

Simply download a fresh copy of NOD32 using your Username and Password provided by Eset. Install this fresh copy, then remove NOD32 from the old computer.

    Cheers :D

Thanks I tried that but the username and password isn't recognized. It could be old as I'm not sure she kept the current one. The software itself is up to date but it's due for renewal in the next few days.

Maybe we're out of luck without the username and password?

I appreciate the quick response. Thanks again,

    Tom

It was from Eset so it was legit. When I try to download the latest version they ask for the username and password but when I enter it it doesn't take. I just assumed it was an old set.
