    Hi All,

The latest build of Acronis TI Home V10 seems to be build 4942 (March 12th 2007) which I see from here http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/ How can I find out what changed from BUILD 4940 to 4942. Is there a place to get that info?

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Hi MTX,

Thankns for that info, where is it posted on the Aconis page? I heard build 4942 would work with the 965 Chipset, you don't mention that specifically?

    Steve,
Post #7 on this thread doesn't think there is a fix yet: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=166824&highlight=intel

It's been observed by quite a few on this forum that Acronis doesn't provide specific information on what an update addresses, only generalities. And they are prone to repeating the generalities, as MTX pointed out.

    Hey CatFan432,

Thanks for that post, I am interested what's in 4942, because a friend is holding off buying TI10 until it supports her 965 chipset. I think it's a shame the Acronis Support people don't state what they support in no uncertain terms in a particular release/build. I think more people would buy the software if they were certain it would work on their hardware config, maybe Acronis wants people to buy hoping their hardware IS supported. I love the Acronis TI10 software on my system, it has dug me out of many problems and been well worth the cost.

    Hello Steve1209,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please have a look at this previous post of mine where the situation with the list of changes for build 4942 of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home was explained.

As for the support of motherboards with Intel 965 chipset with JMicron controller in the latest build 4942 of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home, please take a look at this post.

    Thank you.
