Monitoring Market Intelligence

Does anyone know of software to spider the web to find conversations on a product and then analyze the data and provide a report?

Right now I am searching for software that filters better. – I need software to filter out the marketing info that is seeded onto message boards/forums by experts in Mktg depts at our competitors.

This would be done by searching the path that the messages or email come from to find out if they come from our competitors and then eliminating the message.
