The people handling the manual activation process work U.S. business hours. Since you sent your updated information maybe 8-10 hours after their office closed Friday, I'm afraid the timing was about as bad as it could be. They will probably be resuming the manual activation process again in about 24 hours. Until then, you could always use the ESS trial, or, since you have a working NOD32 username & password, you could also use that. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
