We have our server setup to keep Scan Logs for 1 month. Since upgrading to 4.0.122 scan logs over about 3 days are gone. We have a weekly in-depth scan that runs, so keeping 1 month of logs should give us about 4 back logs. However, I cannot even open the logs from any of the 200 machines for last week. I can open the scans from yesterday and today.

    Server Settings:

Error when trying to open a log from 7 days ago:

The era.log also logs an error:
    [2010-05-21 13:43:39.928] V2 [4bf6dba67fa9] [00000d24] <SESSION_WARNING> ScanLog doesn't exist, may be is not replicated.

*note, this isn't a replicated client.

    Anyone else having this problem?

Are there actually any scan logs in subfolders of the "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server\storage\ScanLog_Details" folder?

Yes there are. However, it appears I'm missing a large chunk of them for no apparent reason.

    Under C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server\storage\ScanLog_Details\00\00\ I have 3 folders:

00 - Contains scanlogs dat files from 4/28/2010-4/30-2010
    01 - Empty
02 - Contains scanlogs dat files from 5/18/2010-5/21/2010

We run a weekly scan every Friday. 4/30/2010 was a Friday and less than 1 month old, however instead of having 125+ scan logs, the 00 folder only contains 33 dat files timestamped 4/30/2010. There is no chance that only 33 computers were turned on on that day and ran the weekly scan.

Using the timestamp on the dat files, I have zero files between 4/30/2010 and 5/18/2010 even though we had several weekly scans during that time, along with the other random scans individuals will do on particular files. I also know I viewed several of the scanlogs during that time frame, however they do not work now.
