mirror is not updated

    Hello,

    We experiencing problem with ESET Remote server, it doesn't download new files. We use update mirror option to update our client from our server.
    Here what I found in log file.

    [2009-05-10 11:14:57.796] V1 [4a068ce50000] [000000d8] <UPDATER_ERROR> Update failed, code: 4, aditional code 0x2001, aditional description AUTHORIZATION_FAILED

    Client doesn't give any error and says that virus database is up to date, which is actually incorrect.

    We use ESET 4 and Remote Administrator 3

    Someone, please help to resolve this issue.
