Minimize to system tray and start with windows

I am a bit confused about this.
B&R needs to be running to run its scheduled scripts.(unless i am mistaken)
So if you forget to run the program it will not make one.

And while its doing a backup you can choose from the progress window to minimize to sytem try.
Yet outside that i don't see any option to do this, to avoid people from closing the app.

I am just missing something or am i just not understanding the functionality of the program.

B&R start itself at the scheduled time, the main thing that was running Windows.
