    1 - The registry key to disable access to various computer resources, including the Task Manager and Registry.

    Well i use both, but am covered with other things.

    2 - Allows you to make changes to such an important recovery mechanism as "Safe boot". As a result, Safe Mode may not work.

    Safe Mode is needed, & works.
