    I see that preinstalled app called upday is on the list. I disabled background data and restricted execution by battery energy efficiency conteol. I will disable it completely later via adb.

    What is interesting that this app does not requested permission. Unfortunatelly as system preinstalled app, it may have found some workaround...

    Solution: rooted phone! Won't work for most I realize.
