Migration Hangs

    I have sent messages to support but I have not received any acknowldgment of the email nor any response in 5 work days.

    I purchased Paragon Migrate OS to SSD.

    When calculating the size of the transfer of Win7 the program hangs. I see many others had the same thing happen. I purchased the product a week ago and would like to use it.

    Please help, anyone.

    There is Service Build for Migrate OS to SSD with fixed excludes estimation bug.

    As an alternative, please check if update for Migrate OS to SSD is available:
    * Log-In to My Account
    * got to Downloads and check the product version of Migrate OS to SSD.
    If it is newer than installed version, uninstall the current version and install the newest.

    How to check product version:
    * go to Start - Control Panel - Programs and features
    * Select the Migrate OS to SSD and check the product info on the bottom of window. The build number will be shown there.
