Migrating clients from 4.X RA server to a new 5.X RA server

We have an existing 4.x RA server that all of our clients are pointing to. I just setup a new 5.X RA server with a new IP address /DNS name. We are still going to keep the old 4.x RA server in use but we would like to migrate a number of the clients to the new 5.x RA server.

I have tried doing a new configuration task on the 4.x RA server for a client (the new config specifies the dns name of the new 5.x RA server for RA and updates). But the client doesn't seems to want to change the to the new RA server.

I have tried following the instructions on the following link but it is not working for me. Any suggestions on how I can get this to work? It would be a really huge pain to have to re configure hundreds of clients (a number of them remote users)

When you're upgrading clients to the new 5.x ERAS, are you also upgrading them to Endpoint Antivirus (Version 5.0.2126.0)?
Have you tried following the instructions here: Can I easily move ESET Remote Administrator (ERA) clients from one server to another? (5.x)

If that fails, you may want to contact ESET Support there in the UK.
