    Darn it!--->Just kiddin', but I think IE should be included in the Windows CD as an optional 'value-add' program. So should WMP.

    WMP is now optional in the EU, after M$ got its ass kicked by the european courts.

    With nlite you can cut WMP and MovieMaker and Outlook and a lot of M$ crapware out of your XP CD so it never gets installed to begin with. Something to try out next time you install XP. nlite: http://nuhi.msfn.org
