I experienced this problem for a short time, less than a day, earlier this week from all of my MS email accounts. This is not the first time hotmail/live/outlook has been down. They've also lost some email files w/ attachments in the past as well. As much as I like the new outlook.com I cannot use that service for my business. If my email were out for 3 days I would lose referral customers who communicate with me through email. Also, from a liability standpoint (and $$ damages), losing files or not being able to access email could make my business negligent since we know the problem has happened in the past.
