    Does the new MSE engine have http scanning? Also, are there details of what all the new engine will include and its enhancements? Thanks

    Not to my knowledge.
    Details such as a change log for engine updates are not available. Most antivirus programs revise their engine periodically to maintain their detections of malware. Some tell you when a new engine is being offered and some just install it as routine.
