Seeing the screenshot in that article it doesn't look like the X to close the window is any more difficult to spot than it would be on any other window. In any case it's still annoying. Microsoft should put the effort into polishing up Windows 11 instead of breaking something new with each update.
Ultimately. I hope this isn't something they try to do repeatedly like trying to get me to back up my PC to OneDrive when I already have a backup solution. They don't seem to be able to take no for an answer.
