    Microsoft Expected to Support SUSE Linux

    “In the normal universe, Microsoft and Linux are mortal enemies. Today, the normal universe is about to merge with bizarro universe: Microsoft is expected to announce a partnership with Novell on Linux.
    The Wall St. Journal reported that Microsoft will offer sales support for SUSE Linux as part of the announcement.”

    Reading between the lines, that means MS is aware of linux, possibly as a threat , possibly its market share/ userbase, but it does mean MS is in someway threatened in this market of the market.

    It also mentions better transitions from Open Office to Office. Something that I am waiting to see, and very hopeful for.

    But I am skeptical as well, from a technical standpoint.
