My users are rated as risky sign-ins through Microsoft Azure. Their accounts are logging in with what appears to be VPN service for example 104.37.31.75. That IP is not related to our domain, also more than one user has logged in from this IP. Microsoft classes them as anonymous logins and would suggest those users be only allowed with multifactor. How do you troubleshoot this issue anyone know? Thanks
