    hadi,
I used this mouse path in MSAS :
Tools / Spyware Scan / Manage Spyware Scan Schedule :
I changed the "Start time" into "11:00:00" and clicked on "Update Schedule" and the scan started at 11:00:00. So this works
(If you don't click on "Update Schedule" the start time remains unchanged).

I know. the problem lies in AM/PM. Set it to above 13.00 hours and see.

    hadi,
    You are RIGHT. Sorry.
That must be another bug in MSAS beta1.

EDIT : it seems to me that only scans at AM are allowed, not at PM and that is ridiculous of course.

It appears to me there is an issue with the Windows Regional Options 24 hour clock format :doubt:

If I set my Regional Options setting to a 24 hr. format(H or HH)....and then select either your example of 18:00 or my example of 17:00....I receive your result.

If I leave it at my normal Windows\Control Panel\Regional Options setting of h or hh....the times display properly.

In Belgium also 24 hour format, we never use AM or PM here.
I always had 02:00:00 (AM) as scanning time. That was the default.
That's why I never saw the problem.

agree....but as you are showing....there appears to be a problem in this version.
but can be changed in Regional Options no matter where you live :doubt:

I agree....and acknolwledged that fact in my earlier post.

What I also said was....if you change your Windows Regional Option settings to an hh format instead of HH format....you could confirm MSAS then works properly or it doesn't. That comment was given in case one of us wants to report this to MSAS....unless it's already been reported.

    You are very very Welcome.

I reckon I also should take back a little of what I commented on in regards to reporting this finding. By that I mean....it appears you are up a creek without a paddle if your operating system is not an English version :(

    Microsoft® Windows AntiSpyware (Beta)

    emphasis mine.

    Thanks for the info Bubba
(although I can't see any point. coz its a Giant software already suitable for other language XPs)
just want to point out (for the benefit of others). No such problem if it is inatalled on top of previous versions.

here is a pic (from another 24 hours format computer)
