    At least this 'gaffe' is pretty straightforward to deal with. It is Microsoft's intentional and structural wasting of other people's time and resources by means of planned obsolescence that bothers me most. I've switched to OpenOffice and never looked back!

    I am not paying 100's of dollars for something I would rarely need to use, so I installed OpenOffice instead, just recently. :D
