If I go to manage add-ons, there are two sections for webroot:

    NAME PUBLISHER STATUS ARCHITEXTURE

    Not available
    webroot not available enabled 32-bit & 64-bit

    _____________________________________________________________

    Webroot Inc
Webroot toolbar Webroot Inc enabled 32-bit & 64-bit
Webroot Vault Webroot Inc enabled 32-bit & 64-bit

    ______________________________________________________________

Any idea what the first add-on is for? Have tried removing and re-installing,
    but get the same thing.

That is likely the web filtering extension, but strange that it doesn't show the name properly. Could you take a screenshot and let me know exactly what OS you're using?

    Thanks!

Using windows 8 and best buy internet security plus. When I do a search,
there does appear a green check mark next to the results. If you hover over the green check mark and click it, it takes you to webroot.com. I DO NOT
have the files mentioned for webfiltering in programdata directory under
    WRData.

That's the one for Identity Shield I assume as I have 4 add-ons for Webroot in IE10?

PrevxHelp & Triple Helix Thanks for both your help.
I am running IE10. I did more info on the Add-on Ext and
it shows the same info you have displayed.

Thanks again for both your help

Thanks! That's strange that the publisher isn't registered correctly - it sounds like it could be a certificate signing issue. I'll check with the team and get it corrected.

Let me know if you find anything else in the meantime!
