Just recently Microsoft Edge has developed a weird issue, where typing a website address can either direct me to that webpage, or take me to the Bing search engine. The fact is that these websites do exists, and they are not having problems, as Chrome or Internet Explorer go to those sites immediately. This has just started in the last week, so I'm thinking maybe an update or something has to do with this issue ? but I don't know which one? Can anyone shed any light ?
Think I may have found a solution, but for how long it works I don't know... I went to advanced settings and turned off "Show search suggestions as I type".... and the sites that usually got taken to bing search engine came back. Then turned it back on again and its now working
