messages not going into spam folder

    My spam messages are not going into my eset anti-spam folder. I have tried re-integrating the email client as you instructed me to do. I also uninstalled and re-installed and that did not make a difference. I have been experimenting with the configuration section. I checked the box use this folder and named it spam. It seems to be the only way I can make it work. But I don't think it's working correctly. Can you please help...Thanks

    Also should I be concerned with the not spam button not being highlighted on the security toolbar?

    what version of ESS and which email client do you use?

    I use smart security 4 and I use outlook express 6.

    When he said version you using it ment the FULL ESET version

    look by your clock in windows bottom right mate

    mine is the lastest 4.2.64.12

    There been alot of updates lately
