Message "Failed to start Virtual Mode!"

    I am getting message "Failed to start Virtual Mode!" on my Viao running Windows 7 (x64) even after restoring the Laptop's Original Factory image and doing a fresh install of Returnil.

    Please help.

    Hell jyotenk and welcome to the forums :)

    Please open a support ticket by sending us the following logs via e-mail to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com:

    The rvs3.log and rvs3.inst.log files in the following folder:

    * C:\ProgramData\Returnil\RVS3\log
    * MSINFO32 report: Click START > RUN/search as appropriate > Type MSINFO32 > enter. On the System Information screen click FILE > Export and then save the file where you can find it and attach it to the support ticket.
