memory faults with ekrn.exe

    I am getting a large number of memory faults involving the Eset file "ekrn.exe". Any ideas as to what I can do about it. This is a clean install of Vista Ultimate 64 SP2.

    My system is:

    AMD Phenom II 955 Quad Core AM3
    Gigabyte MA790XT-UD4P (Bios level F2)
    8 GB OCZ OCZ3G1600LV2G DDR3 RAM
    Sapphire ATI HD3450 512 MB Video

    What version of NOD32 are you running? If you're running an older version you might want to try version 4.
