    One can't possibly help but to question was it really truly accidental or something else running amuck with writing the code.

    As in there is such a thing or we are led to believe that each run before distribution is Quality Checked or given a pass to Ship It!

    Good catch to bring attention and a proper (flag) fix.

    If something like that can happen by mistake, imagine what they can do if they try.
