Mediabuilder

I want to create a startup cd-rom with the media builder. I don't have a cd-writer in my server, so i downloaded the mediabuilder.exe to mij own workstation with acronis ti edition.

I get the message not a proper serial number. I should reinstall the acronis product.

Is it true, that it is not possible to create a rescue disc outsite my server?

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

It is not possible to use Acronis True Image (and any part of it) without installation. However, we do understand your problem adn you may do the following:
1. Install Acronis True Image on the computer with CD burning drive;
2. Create Acronis Bootable CD;
3. Uninstall Acronis True Image;
4. Install Acronis True Image on the computer you need.

Can I also install the TI server edition on my workstation?

It's in the case about the server version, you are pointing with the URL to the home edition.....
