This seems to be a common one now, and I've read several threads about it, but suggested fixes seem to differ. So rather that charge on by myself I'm asking for some advice from the gurus :)

I'm getting the media tickets popup hit me every 30 secs or so, directing me to the following url:
    http://www.unixshellz.info/antitrust/

Both Ad-Aware and Spybot have been run, using the latest versions and updates.

This is my hijack this log:

    Update:

    I just removed this:
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {6E318021-5221-3A2A-94C5-85CDE7F964CB} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\oakleomi.dll (file missing)

I know that line referred to a virus I recently removed from the system, I'd thought I'd got it out totally but I was wrong. It is now totally removed however, and this Media Tickets popup is still happening.
