    Hi,
Lately version 3.0.669 started giving me a mchinjdrv.sys "quarantined" message after each startup. I think that is not a false positive because I did notice some changes in the windows behavior.
Anyway, the problem is that although NOD32 does remove it, it keeps on coming back after each startup.
    Can anyone help?

I'm getting this as well. It appears to be a false positive relating to PC Tools ThreatFire. See the following thread on PC Tools forum for more information: -

I've temporarily added C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\mchInjDrv.sys to NOD32's exclusion list until this is resolved.

Ditto for people who run A-Squared Anti-Malware which it seems incorporates Mamutu.
