    That is a gateway version.
    Check this:
    h**ps://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB62662

McAfee Gateway Anti-Malware (Secure Anti Malware)
    Use email:
Send an email with the sample file attached to virus_research_gateway@avertlabs.com.
If you believe the submission is a false detection, put Possible False in the subject line of the email.*

*If you do not get a timely response after submitting your sample to virus_research_gateway@avertlabs.com, open an SR with MWG Support to escalate the request.

    Hi

What did you mean with your answer

*If you do not get a timely response after submitting your sample to virus_research_gateway@avertlabs.com, open an SR with MWG Support to escalate the request.

    Hi marciocruz,

I noticed that the OP said that the product is detected by McAfee Gateway but it does not mean the OP uses any McAfee product or that the OP's product of use is McAfee gateway. Additionally, most McAfee GW users are supposed to know what escalation means but the OP would likes clarification [not bad but strange].

I am just asking this trying to help - to make sure what is the "failed" McAfee product and what is the OP's relation with McAfee - this will help all of us help the OP to find the easiet and the most correct way to connect with the most appropriate McAfee department. :)
