I have 1 false positive from Mcafee where can i submit the File

1. Any uploud Formular

2. Any E-Mail contact

I noticed that the OP said that the product is detected by McAfee Gateway but it does not mean the OP uses any McAfee product or that the OP's product of use is McAfee gateway. Additionally, most McAfee GW users are supposed to know what escalation means but the OP would likes clarification [not bad but strange].

I am just asking this trying to help - to make sure what is the "failed" McAfee product and what is the OP's relation with McAfee - this will help all of us help the OP to find the easiet and the most correct way to connect with the most appropriate McAfee department.

I have scan my System with Hitman Pro and i checked the detected Files with virustotal and submit the Files to the AV Vendors for analyze

 

Ok, then if you want to help please follow the marciocruz advice given in posts with numbers 5 and 13 (above).
