Why does it have an MBR error when I delete a Secure Partition using diskmgmt.msc?

Acronis Startup Recovery Manager is probably activated.

You should delete the Secure Zone using Manage Acronis Secure Zone.

Recreate the Secure Zone and delete it the proper way.

    Hello compositor,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please notice that what MTX suggested is most likely correct. Acronis Startup Recovery Manager, when activated, rewrites the MBR with it's own code, as described in the respective User's Guide. The main code of Acronis Startup Recovery Manager is located in Acronis Secure Zone, so, if Acronis Secure Zone is deleted manually, it breaks the boot sequence. Acronis Secure Zone should be deleted using Acronis True Image interface.
To fix the issue with MBR please issue a command "fixmbr" from Microsoft Recovery Console; or, if you have an earlier image of your system drive, you can restore the "MBR and track 0" from it.

    Thank you.
