MBAM - what does it not scan in "full scan"

    I see that MBAM scans memory objects, startup, registry, filesystem and "additional items" for the full scan. What does MBAM not scan? I assume archive and zip files? Also, does MBAM scan FAT32 format (such as with external drives) ?
