Installed the trial of Malwarebytes Pro running alongside my usual Avast Internet Security. Are there any known conflicts between the two?

Are they living peacefully together? Mostly yes, sometimes no.

It's wise to set exclusions for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware in Avast.

See here how to do that.

I have never had a conflict between them. I ran Avast! Free and now PRO with MBAM real time.

Thanks guys. I'll set up the exclusions and enjoy the protection when I'm in Windows. I'm currently in Linux Mint, dual-booting. Maybe Windows 8 later on.

MBAM is pretty much compatible with almost all AV's out there. :D

Many users have Avast! and MBAM in their systems.
They have never faced a problem.
