Master Disk Partition

Snap Deploy Question

My master disk is partitionned.
A place for system (c:/), a place for data (d:/).
It seems I can't create with "master boot cd" a master disk with only a partition, I must use all the disk.
(5.3.4 Selecting disks In the Imaged Disks Selection window, you will see the hard disk layout of the master PC. You can select only the entire disk (disks), not individual partitions. Click on the box to select a disk.)

Is it possible when you reinstall the master on the same computer to choose only the system partition ?

The goal is to keep data and reinstall system when there's a crash system.
