   Just a quick question. Does mantispm.exe ( part of Zone Alarms spam filter ) need Global Hooks ?

   Maybe not, but probably better off to allow it. If you find that every feature DEFINITELY works without hooks, perhaps then you can deny it. I would simply allow it.
