    We are happy to announce our stable release for June 2013 – Manjaro 0.8.6 – a set of installation medias for Manjaro Linux. With this update we present to you more than 25 mirrors hosting our packages all over the world. To get the fastest mirror nearest to your current location we introduced pacman-mirrors, a tool adjusting your mirrorlist. You can rank your list by connection speed or by country. A random option is also available.

    A lot of work went into our Community Editions. Manjaro-Turkey and our community updated their profiles for ManjaroISO to present their new themes and adjustments for this release.

    In respect to the official flavours, a more detailed list of the most significant general changes made are as follows:

    * We fixed the installer bug we found in our Net-Edition image
    * We are using Linux39-Series as our kernel
    * Openbox Install-Medias are smaller now
    * More Mirrors are preconfigurated
    * Updates to Pamac and proprietary drivers for AMD and Nvidia
    * Live-Installer is translated to: ar, ca, de, el, en, es, fa_IR, id, it, pt_BR, pt_PT, ro, sk_SK, tr
    * Based on Manjaro-Update 30.05.13

    We hope you enjoy the latest and greatest iteration of Manjaro Linux so far!

    Kind regards

    Philip Müller and the Manjaro Developers Team
