Malware Defender setup?

Just wondering, what configurations have you guys used for Malware Defender?
Personally, I've blocked created to Temp files and cookies, though i am sandboxed, but allow them to be deleted. I also prevent anything to be written in my sandboxie folder, but, allow it to be deleted. I have prevented any start ups from installing themselves, and, configured a few apps here and there for my liking....I love how configurable Malware Defender is, and this light weight tool is simply amazing.

So, what are your configurations? Care to post your rules up for others to try out?
