Every time I use Chrome I am getting a pop up from
malware bytes about blocking the IP 198.105.244.114

Is this a false positive ?

rrrh1, it might not be a false positive. VirusTotal IP Address Info (click the More button to see others) shows many domains using that IP. You can check each domain for more info.

I would suggest running a MBAM scan, plus any installed AV, to make sure your browser has not been compromised.

Looks like Malwarebytes fixed it with the latest database update...

Glad to hear that the popup is gone, but way too many domains associated with that IP. Scan your PC for peace of mind.

According to the forum at Malwarebytes it was not a false positive...
So something was trying to call home...
Nothing found just to play it safe I reverted to an image from 08-22-15...
