Mail Security v4.2 for Exchange AntiSpam not working

Hi,

I have converted our SBS2003 box to the new Mail Security and everything looks to be configured OK.
But the AntiSpam module doesn't seem to be doing anything occording to the Statistics, and we are still getting a lot of Spam in our Inboxes.

I have done another SBS2008 box and it appears to have the same problem.

I have read & reread the manual and pretty sure I have everything setup correctly.

Help!

Did you request a new license key after upgrading as the Anti-Spam module will not function with the old license.

Hi, yes our New Zealand distributor updated our licenses for some of our clients before I did the install.

 

Anybody?
