    Hi,
Could someone be kind enough to give me (or point ot an adress where I can find them) the lyrics of an old song of Johnny Cash called
    "Sing a traveling song"?

I thank you in advance :)

    Hi Claire,

The best and easiest place I know to find out country lyrics, cmt.com, the country music channel website. Figures, I know most of his songs, but, that one doesn't come to mind!:doubt: Good Luck in your search!!

Great Snowbound! I knew there had to be an easier way! Now, I'm curious too!!:) I have heard of a website that has all kinds of song lyrics, that would help when you think you have been saying the right word only to find out, years later, that it wasn't Reverend BlueJeans!!!:D

Actually I think I'm an extremely distant cousin of his, although we never met and I'm sure he never heard of me. (Lucky him ;) ) My mothers (both of them -- that's another wild story, but I'll get right back to it) were quarter-blood Cherokee-Osage from western Arkansas, and we've got music in the blood ... my mother went to grade school for a while with Pete Seeger, knew Lee Hays (met him thru Pete), and dated Ed McCurdy's brother for a while.

Back to the genealogy ... back when I was about two, I was adopted by my mother's sister, so my mother became my aunt and vice-versa. I'd love to see one of these family-tree programs try to tackle that one, complete with nice neat graphics, without blowing fuses. :D
