Idea is simple. When i look at resource monitor and see HDD traffic by OS, i see continual writing. There are several problems when you try to move win cashe files in RAM disk or to disable it.(WIN use HDD memory for essential information data, not only for cashe) If i use LV software and virtualize all C (WIN) partition, did i successfully give my HDD rest from cashe writing? I have enough RAM to give 8 or 16GB (or 20GB) to LV software. Shadow defender has RAM option, i don't know is it RAM disk internally or free ram page write (OS depended and maybe memory leak when freeing)... So my thread is about your experience with lowering HDD use for cashe writes in different systems... If someone has shadow defender with enough RAM, can he inform us about his HDD use in resource monitor?
