Is there a way to play a game on a lower resolution than my current desktop resolution, without the game looking blurry (because the game runs on my desktop resolution scaled down)? My desktop is at 1280x1024. I want to play CSGO at 1024x768, but the game is literaly still at 1280x1024 and blurry/"stretched-down" to look like if it's at 1024x768.
