Lost username/password

    My computer inadvertantly shut down while I was loading my new software (ESET Smart Security 4) while the page with my usermane/password were waiting to be printed. When I tried to re-register, the dialog box told me that the Serial Number was already in use. As a result I am stuck with no ability to complete the installation of the software or to register. Any suggestions?
