Lost Password, ESET site wont send it out...

    Ive been waiting for over a day and ive tried entering both my email address and my username, both of which say...

    "Your username and password will be emailed to you shortly."

    Im wondering how short is shortly? Its been near 24 hours and still no email o_O

    Any help is appreciated :thumb:

    Yes, ive checked spam filter... Everything else is getting through even the password retrieved from this forum got through within seconds of asking for it.

    Did you actually purchase the product from the US site www.eset.com?

    Damn...

    I thought both the .com and co.uk sites would contain the same info, my bad!

    My user and pass has came from the .co.uk site :D
